Anchal has provided alternative careers in textiles and design to over 400 women. By investing in the community growth and safety of their women, Anchal artisans are provided with the tools and skills to become self-reliant. Their pieces are created from methods that are sustainable, ethical, and collaborative. Each heirloom-crafted product bears the hand-stitched signature of the woman that created the piece using certified organic cotton, vintage materials, and natural dyes.
Sitti Soap trains and employs resident women in Jordan’s Jerash refugee camp to handmake olive products that are sold all over the world.
Thistle Farms heals, empowers, and employs women survivors of trafficking, prostitution, and addiction. They believe that love is the most powerful force for change in the world – because love has the power to heal. Their work has resulted in 10,000+ nights of safe, supportive housing and over 75,000 hours of employment.
