Through their beekeeping and handcrafted products, women gain job skills, financial independence, and the opportunity to rebuild their lives with dignity.
About Hon’s Honey: Hon’s Honey is a social enterprise in Baltimore dedicated to empowering women survivors of addiction, trafficking, generational poverty, and abuse through meaningful employment and mentorship. Through crafting their natural honey-based products, women gain skills, confidence, and a supportive community, helping them achieve stability and independence.
About Women’s Bean Project: The Women’s Bean Project empowers women in Denver experiencing chronic unemployment by providing transitional jobs, paid life skills training, and hands-on work experience in food manufacturing. Through this supportive environment, women gain the skills and confidence needed to build self-sufficiency and secure long-term employment.
