About the Makers
Haiti has an abundance of artists sharing their work everywhere, from canvases sold on street corners to murals on public transportation vehicles. However, there is a very small market for selling their art. Sandilou provides a way for these artists to express their talents on fabrics with the support of established designers, ongoing training, and an international market, allowing them to grow their talents and sell their work in the global market.
