Payments
- We accept ACH, check, and credit card payments. Credit card transactions include a 3% processing fee.
- Standard payment terms for custom orders are 50% in advance to begin production and 50% due upon shipment.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Shipping, Drop-Shipping & Kitting
- Gifts are shipped from San Jose, California. Clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with delivery to their destination.
- Drop-shipping and kitting services are available. Peace by Piece International will provide the address format once an order is placed to ensure accuracy.
- Gifts returned due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information will incur a $20 handling fee plus any carrier return charges
- If an updated address is not received within 30 days of return, the gift will be shipped back to the client for distribution.
- All recipient addresses are password-protected and deleted on a scheduled basis.
- For shipments within California, sales tax will be added.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs
- Many gifts are made outside the United States. Depending on the country of origin, U.S. import tariffs between 5%–30% may apply and will be added to the final invoice.
- For international shipments sent to recipients outside the US, any customs or duty charges imposed by the destination country will be billed to the client. Notification of these charges may take up to 120 days post shipment.
