Dokmai is a social enterprise that employs and trains young Rwandan women and men to work as highly-skilled leather artisans. The workshop is committed to empowering a generation who struggle to find stable employment and dignified wages in their communities. Currently, Dokmai ensures the livelihood of 13 Rwandan families.
