Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, its inclusive work environment takes an individualized approach to meet women where they’re at, regardless of their background and previous job history.

Black Mamba jams are created by an organization that trains women in Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) to farm organically using regenerative farming methods.

Women’s Bean Project is a transitional employment program in Denver, CO designed to help women with significant barriers enter the economic mainstream. Women’s Bean Project offers a viable way to address chronic unemployment, recidivism, welfare dependency, and a host of other challenges.
