Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, its inclusive work environment takes an individualized approach to meet women where they’re at, regardless of their background and previous job history.

The Homeless Garden Project provides job training, transitional employment, and support services to individuals experiencing homelessness through organic farming and community connection.

Women’s Bean Project is a transitional employment program in Denver, CO designed to help women with significant barriers enter the economic mainstream. Women’s Bean Project offers a viable way to address chronic unemployment, recidivism, welfare dependency, and a host of other challenges.
