Dokmai is a social enterprise that employs and trains young Rwandan women and men to work as highly-skilled leather artisans. The workshop is committed to empowering a generation who struggle to find stable employment at fair trade wages in their communities. Currently, Dokmai ensures the livelihood of 13 Rwandan families. The leather used by Dokmai Rwanda meets the EU REACH directive.
