Jerash Camp is one of 11 official Palestinian refugee camps in Jordan with a population of over 35,000 people that are stateless.
Sweet Beginnings employs people returning home from incarceration. They provide opportunities to establish a positive work history, learn good work habits, and become productive members of society. Every purchase of their products reduces the number of people who return to prison by providing the support, confidence, and skills needed to re-enter the workforce.
For over 20 years, Thistle Farms has lit a pathway of healing and hope for women survivors of trafficking, prostitution, and addiction. Their 2-year residential program provides women survivors a safe place to live, food and clothing, healthcare, counseling, therapeutic groups, and job training, all at no cost to the participant. And 5 years after graduation, 75% of the graduates are living healthy, financially independent lives.
